Richard Ingram

Mr. Ingram is the head trader at Causeway and has been with the firm since its inception in June 2001. From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Ingram was the head trader for the Hotchkis and Wiley division of Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (HW-MLIM). From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Ingram was a portfolio administrator with Pacific Investment Management Company (PIMCO). From 1989 to 1990, he was a mutual fund accountant at State Street Bank in Boston. From 1988 to 1989, Mr. Ingram was a shareholder services representative at Putnam Financial in Boston.

Jaime Rochon

Ms. Rochon is the Director of Human Resources at Causeway Capital Management LLC. She joined the firm in November 2003. Her current responsibilities include managing employee relations, benefits, and recruiting.  She also sits on the Advisory Board of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Rochon was in account management with a full-service advertising agency in Los Angeles. 

Jackson Anhut, CFA

Mr. Anhut is a senior reporting analyst in the client service group at Causeway. He joined the firm in June 2021.

Mr. Anhut earned a BA in economics and history from Georgetown University and is a CFA charterholder.

 

 

Mindy Yu

Mindy Yu is the chief compliance officer and deputy general counsel at Causeway. She joined the firm in August 2012.

From 2010 to 2012, Ms. Yu was an attorney with Dewey & LeBoeuf in Los Angeles. From 2007 to 2010, she was an attorney with Kirkland & Ellis in New York.

Gretchen Corbell

Gretchen W. Corbell is deputy general counsel at Causeway. She joined the firm in September 2004.

From 1996 to 2004, Ms. Corbell was an attorney with Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP in Los Angeles.

Jonny Shea

Mr. Shea is a fundamental senior research analyst at Causeway. He joined the firm in January 2021. His current responsibilities include coverage of companies in the technology and communication services sectors.
 
Prior to joining, he was a research analyst at Millennium Management, covering the global internet sector. From 2014 to 2018, he was a senior analyst at Criterion Capital Management, covering the global internet and business services sectors. From 2011 to 2014, he was an investment banking analyst at Qatalyst Partners.

Naveen Bobba

Mr. Bobba is a fundamental senior research analyst at Causeway. He joined the firm in May 2021. His current responsibilities include coverage of companies in the technology and communication services sectors.

Prior to joining Causeway, Mr. Bobba was an equity research analyst at PPM America, Inc., covering information technology and consumer staples sectors. Prior to that, he was a research analyst at Voya Investment Management, Inc., covering the technology sector. Mr. Bobba also worked as an equity research analyst at JP Morgan, Inc.

Kevin Najimi, CFA

Mr. Najimi is the director of investment technology at Causeway Capital Management. Within the firm’s quantitative and fundamental investment teams, Mr. Najimi leads engineering of software, data, infrastructure, and AI in support of Causeway’s investment research and portfolio management capabilities.

Mr. Najimi previously worked as a vice president in solution architecture, enterprise data management, and IT department leadership at Robert W. Baird & Co., with responsibility for leadership of the firm’s top priority technology projects across all business lines and departments, with a focus on systems requiring expertise in finance, investment management, or quantitative development. In other prior roles, Mr. Najimi led large scale software development, data integration, process automation, and data science functions.

Daniel Pham

Mr. Pham is the chief financial officer and risk officer at Causeway. He joined the firm in February 2011.
 
From 2006 to 2011, Mr. Pham worked at Deloitte Tax LLP as a tax manager specializing in flow through entities and tax planning for high net worth individuals.  From 2004 to 2006, he worked at American Express Tax & Business Services as a tax associate.

Katy Fang, CFA

Ms. Fang is a fundamental senior research analyst at Causeway. Her current responsibilities include coverage of companies in the consumer and materials sectors. She joined Causeway in July 2020 and worked for Causeway (Shanghai) Information Consulting Co., Ltd., a wholly foreign owned subsidiary of Causeway Capital Management LLC (“WFOE”) from January 2021 to May 2025, responsible for the coverage of companies in the China region.

During the summer of 2019, Ms. Fang interned at Causeway, researching the China and US healthcare industries. From 2016 to 2018, she was a senior research associate at Citi based in Hong Kong, covering Hong Kong and Taiwan financial sectors. From 2013 to 2016, she completed her rotational analyst program at JPMorgan Asset Management in Hong Kong focusing on strategy, business development and relationship management.
