Global Value Fund

The Fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies in developed countries outside the US and of companies in the US. Normally, the Fund invests the majority of its total assets in companies that pay dividends or repurchase their shares.

International Value Fund

The Fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies in developed countries outside the US. Normally, the Fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in stocks of companies in a number of foreign countries and invests the majority of its total assets in companies that pay dividends or repurchase their shares. The Fund may invest up to 10% of its total assets in companies in emerging (less developed) markets.

Emerging Markets Fund

The Fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of companies in emerging (less developed) markets and other investments that are tied economically to emerging markets. Generally these investments include common stock, preferred and preference stock, depositary receipts, and exchange-traded funds that invest in emerging markets.

International Opportunities Fund

The Fund invests primarily in companies both in developed markets excluding the United States (the “international value portfolio”) and in emerging markets (the “emerging markets portfolio”). The Investment Adviser allocates substantially all of the Fund’s assets between the international value portfolio and the emerging markets portfolio using a proprietary asset allocation model.

International Small Cap Fund

The Fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies with smaller market capitalizations located in developed and emerging markets outside the US. The Fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of companies with smaller market capitalizations.
